Great product, great value
I'm new to kayaking and bought this for my husband and 5 year old to ride with me (I bought a single top-rider for myself). Yesterday we had this out on the lake for the first time and we fit all three of us on the kayak. The kayak felt very stable on the water; I think you'd have to try pretty... -

Tandem Inflatable | TOP TEN DIVE SITES
Any suggestions as to a good yet cheap kayak? what about tandems?
Inflatables in general tend to be slow and will not handle well in windy conditions. I’d be concerned about the construction of cheaper ones such as the Coleman. I wouldn’t take them anywhere shallow (such as some rivers) where they could scrape on the bottom. There are some high-quality inflatables that have construction and materials similar to a whitewater raft. However, they’re also rather expensive, at least as much as a comparable hardshell.
Check out local kayak shops. Many offer cheap or free demos of boats, which is the only way to know for sure whether a kayak is right for you. Shops also often sell used kayaks at good discounts. You could also check out sporting goods stores, but I wouldn’t necessarily rely on their advice since you can’t be sure the salesperson has even been in a kayak. Another option is to check craigslist and classified ads for used kayaks.

For instance, the tandem component of this is excellent! One Bike that can "Join" into 2 (or into a 5-person road-Kayak!) is brilliant. Even better, if turning slightly while linked is accounted for. How fun it would be, to link a company's teams

We now look at kayaking. It is all too often that paddlers hastily step into their kayaks during a race and flip over. It is important to stabilise yourself and your kayak before mounting. If you are launching from a platform, first place your paddle
