Harper describes the island as an “exclusive ocean-side conservation barrier island community. Even a high end location such as Dewees is not immune (from) this tough real estate market,” he says. “This is indeed a ‘sign of the times.’”

With the Dewees lot sale, pre-auction previews will be by appointment since potential bidders are required to take a ferry ride to the island. Spectators are welcome.

looking for a decent inexpensive kayak - NC Angler Fishing
At the time I don't have much of a budget so I guess I want advice on the best bang for the buck, I do plan on upgrading to a top of the line this fall if I seem to enjoy it. I will mostyly be using in ponds lakes and rivers. I have searched Craigslist and the local sights but it seems like there is an over abbundance of items until its something I want then they are no where to be found.
